Making ends meet

Money problems are constantly in the news. Some people have genuine financial woes and others just have a sense of entitlement. For example, there are many people complaining that they no longer receive child benefit (government handout to entice you to have children) because they earn over £50,000. I should very much hope they no longer receive child benefit, earning that amount of money.
